Open Screening and Potluck is an event open to all Alfred State and Alfred University students, faculty, staff, and visiting artists who are working across a range of time-based mediums. Come meet other creatives in the community while sharing existing or current works in-progress!

How to Participate

  • Anyone may attend, with or without work.

  • If you have any audio/video files ready before the event (preferable), please submit via one of these methods:

    • drop them on this Microsoft OneDrive folder

    • host them on your preferred cloud service and email the link toBernard: Dolecki@alfred.edu

    • stop by Bernard’s office in Harder 430 during business hours (across from the elevator)

    • or put them on a USB and leave them with the art office—I can return the drive to you at the event.

  • If you do not submit your files before the event, you may bring them on a physical drive, but please arrive early so that we can organize them before we start screening.

Potluck!

  • If you would like to participate in the potluck, please arrive a little early to set up your food outside of the auditorium.
